Równoważni MED is a place that builds its own identity rather than copying the market.
We designed a boutique space where the treatment process has a clear structure and the way of working stems from deliberate decisions — not habit.
We are not another chain facility.
Here, the way you work is a choice, not a consequence of the system.
The clinic was founded by investors who combine experience in brand building, customer experience and premium service development with a responsible approach to mental health. We create the conditions in which the best can do their best work.
That is why we built a boutique, thoughtful space designed from the ground up. We work across six private psychiatric consulting rooms, on an intimate scale that allows each doctor to maintain their individuality and real influence over how they work. Alongside our psychiatrists, we work with psychologists, therapists, a speech and language therapist, a sensory integration physiotherapist and EEG and neurofeedback specialists — so that each patient can receive coherent, interdisciplinary care in one place.

We specialise exclusively in child and adolescent psychiatry, because we believe that true quality comes from focusing on a narrow specialisation.

If you want to practise medicine without rush, without chaos and without anonymity — discover Równoważni MED.
We are a place that listens to its specialists. We invite doctors to genuinely co-create the direction of the clinic's development — both through therapeutic recommendations and through co-creating standards of care. We believe that the competence of the team defines the level of the clinic, and that investing in the development of specialists is an investment in the quality of the place. That is why we support training, conferences and postgraduate studies — but also the image and expert positioning of each doctor.
This is a clinic that came into being by design, not by chance. It was created because a place like this did not yet exist in Warsaw.

What sets working
at Równoważni MED apart
-
Space for treatment, not for "getting through appointments"
We do not schedule appointments to "fill the day". We take care to maintain a safe pace of work, regular breaks and the ability to run the process as the patient requires — not as the system demands. What counts here is attentiveness, not statistics.
-
An intimate scale that gives real influence
The team is small and consciously chosen. Every doctor has a voice in shaping working standards, therapeutic pathways and the development of the clinic. You are not a cog in the machine. You are a co-author of this place.
3. Interdisciplinarity that actually works
In one place you will find: consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, a speech and language therapist, a sensory integration physiotherapist and EEG / neurofeedback specialists. This means the doctor sees the full picture of the patient, can consult on decisions and run the process coherently and effectively. No referring the patient "elsewhere".
4. The doctor as the face of the clinic, not an anonymous executor
We support the personal brand of each doctor — thoughtfully, discreetly and professionally. We build our communication around our specialists, not just "the clinic". We invest in professional content marketing, photo sessions and support with managing your social media — because we know that it is the doctor's image and the trust they inspire that determines the quality of the therapeutic process.
5.We invest in development that has real value
We support training, conferences, supervision and postgraduate studies — but not a "list of mandatory courses". Development is individual, appropriate and agreed on as equal partners. The doctor grows — alongside the quality of the clinic.
6. A location that saves time and makes life easier
The clinic is located at Puławska 39 in Stary Mokotów — a central point on the Warsaw map, with easy access from every district. Close to the metro, trams and bus lines. For doctors, we provide parking spaces — covered by the clinic.
7. An aesthetic and atmosphere that support attentiveness
We designed the interiors as a space for thinking and conversation, not a "doctor's office". Quiet, natural light, natural materials, no rush — in the mid-century spirit of Stary Mokotów. This affects not only wellbeing, but also the desire to come to work every day.
Collaboration based on clear principles and mutual respect.
We take care to make joining the team a calm, considered and comfortable experience. No rush, no pressure and no judgement from day one.
Step 3
Agreeing on the scope and pace of work
You decide on the number of patients, working days and format (in-person / hybrid). We take care of a rhythm that suits you — not the other way around.
Step 1
Introductory call
We take care to make joining the team a calm, considered and comfortable experience. No rush, no pressure and no judgement from day one.
Step 4
Full administrative support
Registration, documentation, patient communication — handled by us. You focus on treatment.
Step 2
Meeting the team and the clinic's approach
We present the real working model: how processes are managed, how interdisciplinary collaboration works and how we communicate with patients.
Step 5
Support for professional development and involvement in the clinic's direction
We encourage sharing therapeutic recommendations, participating in case consultations and co-creating standards. Your voice has real influence.
If you would like to find out whether this place suits your way of working, fill in the form and we will call you back.
